Meet Our Team

Denise grew up in Würzburg, Germany and earned her three-year dental assisting certification in 1999. In 2017, she received her RDA certification from the Red Cross Dental Assisting Program at Fort Bliss.

Denise joined our team in April of 2018 and loves the family-like camaraderie of our office. The day-to-day variety of procedures keeps her busy and she loves learning new techniques. She enjoys caring for patients and helping them as they go through treatment.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Benjamin, and their two children, Emilio and Thalina. Together, they enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and spending time outdoors walking their dogs.

Jo grew up in El Paso, Texas, and joined our team in April of 2018.

She loves being a part of the Tierra Este team and learning from Dr. Kirwin and her fellow team members.

When she isn’t working, Jo enjoys traveling, going to the movies, and BBQ’s with her three children, four grandchildren, and her pup, Chloe.

Theresa grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She has Bachelor’s degrees in both Biology and Business Marketing from the University of Texas and in 2018, she graduated from El Paso Community College as an RDH with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene.

Theresa has worked in the dental field as a dental assistant since 2012 and joined our team in August of 2018 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She loves being able to establish relationships with patients and help them keep a healthy and beautiful smile.

In her spare time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband and fur baby as well as cooking, baking, trying new restaurants and traveling.
